Young Teen idol Paul Anka, stars as troubled teen Craig Fowler,son of a couple of dysfunctional parents(Roman & Nicol)He seems to enjoy peeping into his neighbors windows. Rampant cheating, crime and alcohol abuse is the order of the day. Paul's mother (Ruth Roman) is no saint as she takes off for a weekend in Vegas with neighbor, Jack Cassidy! Anka can also be heard on the soundtrack.
